Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available?
Available in two sizes: 6 Seater (130 x 165 cm) and 12 Seater (130 x 220 cm). Both are designed to fit standard rectangular dining tables used in Pakistani homes.
How do I know which size fits my table?
Measure the length of your table top. For tables up to 165 cm long, choose 6 Seater. For larger tables seating 12 people (up to 220 cm), choose 12 Seater. If unsure, contact us on WhatsApp with your table dimensions and we will guide you.
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Machine wash below 30 degrees Celsius on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach and do not iron. Air dry in shade. Avoid high heat to preserve the print quality.
Can I place hot dishes or pots on it?
No. Do not place hot pots, pans, or dishes directly on this table cover. Always use a trivet or heat mat underneath hot items to protect the fabric and the print.
Is it waterproof?
This table cover is not waterproof. It will protect your table from light dust and surface scratches. For liquid spills, wipe promptly to avoid soaking through to the table surface.
Will the print fade after washing?
Washing below 30 degrees on a gentle cycle preserves the print quality. Avoid bleach, high heat, and direct sunlight when drying to keep the colours looking vibrant for longer.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours with nationwide delivery in 3 to 5 days.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If the size is not right or there is a quality issue, contact us and we will arrange an exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
