Refund policy

NUUN stands behind what it makes. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: A video must be recorded while unboxing the product. The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds: If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 15 working days of us receiving the returned item back at our facility. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, please have your account details ready when you initiate the return.

Exchanges: Want a different size instead? Let us know when you initiate the return, and we'll dispatch the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free pickup and resolve it at no cost to you, no exceptions.

How to initiate a return

1. Email us at get.nuun@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 0307-7766883 with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm pickup details and arrange collection.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
