You agree that all information you provide to NUUN is accurate, current and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials associated with your use of our Services and for all activity conducted through your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, actual product colours, textures and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions and other factors.
Product images are provided for illustration and representation purposes. Minor variations in colour, stitching, texture, packaging or appearance may occur between the product shown online and the product delivered.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
NUUN reserves the right to discontinue products, modify product specifications or limit quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, SMS or other communication channel. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where additional verification is required.
For Cash on Delivery orders, NUUN may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or another communication method to verify your order and delivery details before dispatch.
NUUN reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product information, stock availability issues, incorrect customer information or inability to verify a Cash on Delivery order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, NUUN will process any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including product, size, quantity, phone number and delivery address, before submitting the order.
Orders placed through NUUN are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with NUUN.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All product prices displayed on the NUUN website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Where applicable, delivery or shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated to you before order confirmation.
NUUN reserves the right to correct pricing, product or promotional errors. If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing or information error, NUUN may contact you before processing the order and may offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
For prepaid orders, you agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier or delivery representative at the time of delivery, according to the order amount communicated by NUUN.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
NUUN currently offers delivery within Pakistan through its designated courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, weather, public holidays, courier operations, address accuracy and other circumstances outside NUUN's reasonable control.
Our standard delivery timeframe is generally 4 to 6 working days nationwide, unless otherwise stated for a particular product, location or promotional period.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, refused the parcel, repeatedly failed to receive the shipment, or otherwise caused the delivery to fail, additional delivery charges or other applicable costs may apply.
NUUN is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, security conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where available.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
NUUN currently offers a 7-day return policy, subject to the conditions specified in our Refund and Return Policy.
Products must meet the applicable return conditions, including any requirements relating to unused condition, hygiene, packaging, damage and proof of purchase.
Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law and where such exclusions are clearly stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
NUUN is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our Services.
However, purchases made through the NUUN website are transactions between you and NUUN.
Shopify provides the underlying ecommerce technology and certain related services but is not the seller of NUUN products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by NUUN or the fulfilment of orders placed with NUUN.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the NUUN Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
